MEDIA USAGE POLICY AND WAIVER 

PLEASE READ THE MEDIA USAGE POLICY BELOW FOR DETAILS ON HOW TO HELP US HONOR YOUR WISHES FOR THE USE OF YOUR CHILD'S IMAGE IN OUR MEDIA/MARKETING. WE WOULD NEVER USE YOUR CHILD'S IMAGE FOR MARKETING PURPOSES WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION. IF YOU DO NOT WISH FOR YOUR CHILD'S PHOTOGRAPH TO BE USED FOR OUR WEBSITE, FACEBOOK, OR OTHER MARKETING PURPOSES PLEASE MARK AN "NO" NEXT TO YOUR SIGNATURE. 

We will do our very best to make sure that we do not use your child's image on our media if you do not wish it to be used. Please help us respect your wishes as guardian by assisting us with the following: 

1. When you attend Forest Time Kindergarten, let other parents know that you do not wish your child's image posted to the internet and ask them to not to take photos of your child/post them online. Notify the Forest Time Kindergarten teacher and they will inform photographers and monitor the photos that get posted. 
2. If you see a photo of your child posted on social media or the website, request that the photographer or an admin remove the photo.  
3. If somehow a photo of your child slips through without you or us noticing and is posted on Forest Time Kindergarten social media, website, in marketing materials, on the newsletter, or in some other form, please contact us and we will make sure the image will be removed
